ORDERING: Most of the coral are for sale as frags.Please send a list of what corals you would like and I will get back to you on availibility. I will then contact you regarding payment and shipping. These frags are on a first come first serve basis. I try to update them as soon as they are sold, however sometimes I am not fast enough. In this case I will go in the order that the emails were received. Please email orders to: thecaptivereef@verizon.net SHIPPING: Is a flat $45 I ship out Monday through Thursday. I use FEDEX overnight service ONLY!!! You will have your corals by 10:30AM. I am now getting a little better deal from Fedex vs UPS. I also will NOT use USPS. There tracking #'s are useless and they do not have a good track record. For the Price and Health of the coral I will not use them!!! Cooler Charge: When available, I am going to re-use styros that I have received. If I use a used sytro you will not be charged any cooler charge.I only do this when I have extra styros. I use a Coleman small water cooler,5 and 9 Quart Cooler to ship all frags in (Not The Flimsy Homemade Styros That Most People Use!). These cost me from$4- $12 (depends on how many frags you get) 1-4 frags $4 cooler charge. 5-8 frags $9 cooler charge. 9-15 frags $12 cooler charge. This fee will be paid by the buyer (it can be used as a cooler after). With over 7 years of shipping out coral I have found that these hold the temp the best and protect the corals the Best !!! The cooler will also be place in a carboard box. Feel Free to View Coleman's website for the prices!! I make no money on them!!!!! 5 quart coleman shipping cooler 9 quart coleman shipping cooler $9 Hold 4-8 frags $12 holds 8- 15 frags Small cooler pic coming soon $4 holds 1-4 frags Fedex CHARGE: I charge a flat rate of $45 (This does not include the cooler charge if used) I triple bag each frag and use heat packs or cold packs when necessary (included in price). I will not be held responsible for UPS mistakes, however, I insure every package so if for some reason it is lost, you may file a claim with UPS to receive your money back. If for some reason the frags does not make it <NOT DUE TO UPS ERROR> I will replace the frag, but will not cover the shipping and cooler costs. FRAG ONLY!
